I am John Skidmore, Scoutmaster for Troop 716.
Our primary focus as a group is on all the values you have come to expect from Boy Scouts…
Leadership, self reliance, community service, outdoor skills……
We also pay close attention to rank advancement, giving every scout the opportunity to achieve Eagle.
At its core Troop 716 is an outdoor camping and backpacking troop.
I believe that there is a part of one’s soul that can best be explored by “getting out and into the wild.”
We have many outings planned for 2012.
